ICCF-23 – Michael McKubre, “Progress towards replication; revisited”

“Collectively, we have the answer, individually, none of us does! A lot of the needed information is out there. Some of it is concealed. We need to stop keeping secrets and stop ignoring or forgetting previous work. As a community, we have the capacity to resolve this matter and do a lot of good for science and the world.” In his presentation at ICCF-23, McKubre spoke on his ongoing effort, which he’d first addressed in 2002 at ICCF-9, to develop a formal collaboration between SRI International (Menlo Park, California) and ENEA (Frascati, Italy) to establish an international framework for replicating key Pd/D experiments in Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (CMNS). He outlines the goal of achieving reproducible results demonstrating new nuclear phenomena through sound theory, simple experimental design, and reliable diagnostics.
