SSF Poster at IWAHLM-16

At the the 16th International Workshop on Anomalies in Hydrogen Loaded Metals (IWAHLM-16) in Strasbourg, France, co-sponsored by the Anthropocene Institute, the Solid State Fusion (SSF) team presented its work through a poster detailing ongoing efforts to advance solid-state fusion technology. The poster highlighted SSF’s key initiatives, ranging from community engagement to developing research tools, providing a comprehensive look at the organization's mission and ongoing projects.
As reflected in the poster, SSF's primary mission is to accelerate the development of solid-state fusion as a clean energy source. SSF aims to support the global transition to sustainable energy by providing resources for learning, researching, and investing in solid-state fusion technologies. This includes creating pathways for both established researchers and newcomers to engage with the field through various educational and technical resources​.
One of SSF’s educational initiatives, SSF Explored, was featured in the poster. This series presents animations and explanations that simplify complex scientific concepts related to solid-state fusion. Designed to make the field more approachable, particularly for those new to the subject, SSF Explored helps bridge the gap between technical research and broader public understanding​.

Another section of the poster introduced SSF’s Scientific Research Database, which organizes literature and experimental data related to solid-state fusion. The database aims to be a comprehensive tool for researchers, offering filters based on factors such as the type of experiment, materials used, and observed phenomena. This structure facilitates easier access to information for those working within the field​. Another tool that works towards this objective is the LENR Chatbot, a specialized AI-driven resource hosted on the SSF website. The LENR Chatbot is designed to assist users by answering questions related to Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) and solid-state fusion. By leveraging a repository of research papers and articles, the chatbot provides a dynamic way to engage with this field's growing body of knowledge​.

The poster also featured the SSF Interview Series, which features conversations with various researchers and stakeholders in the field. This series aims to share different perspectives and experiences, contributing to a broader understanding of the challenges and opportunities in clean energy research​. Additionally, the SSF Discovery initiative was highlighted. This initiative provides targeted informative content for students, researchers, and investors. The goal is to make scientific concepts more accessible while fostering interest in developing solid-state fusion technologies​.

In addition to technical tools, the SSF team curates videos, news, and events sections, offering centralized access to the latest developments in solid-state fusion research. This resource aims to keep the community informed about important breakthroughs, upcoming conferences, and other relevant activities. The poster invited attendees to explore this section as a way to stay updated on SSF and the broader field's progress​.

A recurring theme in SSF’s work, also emphasized in the poster, is the importance of collaboration. To further its mission, SSF works with various partners, including research institutions, industry stakeholders, and public entities. This collaborative approach not only supports SSF’s own goals but also strengthens the broader clean energy ecosystem. By aligning with diverse organizations and experts, SSF can better address the multifaceted challenges of developing and deploying solid-state fusion technologies​​.
